    Sound Bath Therapy

Sound baths have the biggest impact on the brain, stimulating the slowing down of brain waves from Beta to Theta, allowing deep relaxation. This ancient practice kickstarts the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress hormone cortisol release and lowering heart rate and breathing rate.

A 2016 study found sound baths with Tibetan singing bowls can reduce tension, anger, fatigue, and improve mood.
